If I can give this restaurant zero stars, I would the service is terrible. They don?t know what goes with what I went there for... a taco salad. Of all the Wendy's in this area this one is the worst. Today they had no ketchup and ran out large size fry cartons. Why not... tell customers you only have medium as they order? It's always something wih this store. Too many other Wendy's in thisneighborhood to keep going to this one. Read more

I am a Door Dasher and my experience here last night was horrible. The young lady at the window was extremely rude and ghetto.... The customers ordered a frosty and a mango lemonade, the young lady never said they were out of both, so when I asked for thefrosty...she became irritable and said "I told you, we ain't got nun". She then tried to make me take a sprite, I refused andsaid I need to contact the customer 1st. She then slammed the window in my face. I contacted the customer, and she just wantedanother mango lemonade. I then requested for another lemonade and another worker came to the window and said "we ain't got nolemonade". The previous young lady screamed out the window..." I been told you that too". Over all...this location is ghetto andhas NO customer service skills. If I could put zero stars I would. My husband works late evenings; Therefore may make it to this Wendy's around 11:15. The Staff... always limits the menu. One time they advised we could only order a single burger. Tonight he was told they were only cookingFries and Nuggets. He asked for a receipt, the cashier asked him why did he need a receipt, then tells him they are out ofreceipt paper. I spoke to the Manager once before, but it's obvious who runs this establishment, because they are operatingit's ghetto practices. Read more

Food was alright but the service was not good at all. No napkins to be found. Staff is either short staffed or just not very... good. Other customers voiced their frustration to the staff making it uncomfortable to even eat inside the restaurant. Verydisappointing. Read more

The food as normal when it comes to Wendy's what's good, however I was trying to apply a coupon that they didn't apply and... almost basically robbed me of my money but I kept on counting it up and it just did not make sense. When I called to see whatwas up with that they helped me with my issue and was patient with me so I decided to only take away one star because of this.Keep up the good work aside from that! The service during the drive through was completely horrible. They did not tell us at the window how much it was or anything.... When we asked for a receipt the lady just pointed to the next window without saying a word. The only good thing about our visitwas the food was fresh. Read more
