Second visit at this location, I banned waffle houses due to lack of cleanliness but this is pretty clean. On top of that,... everyone?s customer service is really good. Especially the young brown skinned guy with the glasses. He treats everyone well. Idealt with a young lady today who was also friendly. I love it ???????? Read more
Only 3 tables were available the rest was blocked off, had two cooks and two servers. We waited on a booth, waitress got our... order and brought me HALF of a cup of coffee in a small to go cup, (pic attached) I asked for dark roast which I never got, oursilverware was brought out in a coffee cup of water (pics attached) my husband ordered tea and never got a refill I never gotanything else to drink either, we were told they were making more tea but we never got any so we had to eat with no drink. Halfa cup of coffee was gone before our food showed up. So it sucked. However, after I had to send my hash browns back the food wasgood my husband was a little aggravated with how his food looked but were use to our waffle house at home (Clinton, TN) theyserve and plate and make sure everything is correct and plated things differently.
