I'm not a regular at this location because I stay 30 minutes out. But all the times I've been here everything has been great. ... The ladies that work there are hard working. If I could give 0 stars I would, not to Taco Bell but to the older lady working the drive thru window around 8:30PM on... Sun.Nov6th2022, I had 2 doordash orders to pick up, and taco bell was out of the mild sauce that my delivery customer asked for,instead of allowing me time to reach my customer to ask for substitute sauce she tried to rudely rush us off and abruptly closedher window, and with her hands motioned us to leave. Her actions were very rude and disrespectful. I don't go arounddisrespecting elders, but that lady does not need to work in the customer service field. Not a good look for the company,because you never know who she may serve and her disrespectful mean behavior can cause a bad look on the whole company. Read more
Got my food burnt and power bowl looks like someone ate the half very disappointed
One of the stars is for the customer service. If it had not been for that, I would have given 2 stars. The soft taco is loaded... with vegetables and VERY little meat. The meat now has a weird texture as if they have changed the recipe or supplier. It lookslike dog food. The Mexican pizza looked different from the most recent time I went on last week. The shell was a lot darkerthan what I had originally. I'm not sure if each person is making it differently. Also, I look at health scores. They have apaper in the window with a 100 and A, but NO details are filled out. I'm very sure this is not ethical. I visited on 9-22-2022around noon and 9-16-2022 around 7 PM. Read more

Was in the drive thru tonight after ordering I was told to stop at the first window so I proceeded to the first window and after... I got there she said with a very hateful voice I told you to stop before the first window, so I said I'm sorry and she saiddon't say that I hate when people say I'm sorry.
