I can't believe that today was my 1st time visiting this location. The shop was quite busy, the staff were busy getting orders... out quickly, they were friendly and helpful. I can say that the smoothie that I ordered tasted better than another location thatI visited! I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area! Read more
I always get great beverages from this location, however, they really struggle with their mobile ordering operations. I come... here religiously, but every time I place a mobile order, it is only when I arrive and prompt the workers about my order is itinitiated. I?ve been late many times to my destination because I waited ample time for preparation and then arrive to the storejust to wait another 10-15 minutes for it ti actually be ready. People who walk in and order get their smoothies before you eventhough you placed your order 20 min ago. Not to mention the workers move very slowly, there is no pep in their step. Will onlyrecommend this location for walk-in service, and they should kill mobile ordering until they can adequately field their inperson orders without neglecting app orders. Read more
