This location never fails Today received a burnt up biscuit with my meal. Walked up there and walked back home contacted the... manager asking why would overcooked biscuits be served and his reply was um what do you want to do so about it. This locationisn't going to make it trust and believe they will make money but they aren't going to make the bag as long as they hiringpeople that need a job but lack urgency and presentations of Popeyes food quality. Is there any thought process about thecustomer when taking biscuits from the oven seeing that their over cooked then packing it into a meal box. This location is newand it is good seeing blacks working but it can be a blessing and and a curse. You have to wait so long for your food ratherit's drive thru or walk in. They have two speakers but they were not answering at the second speaker taking everybody?s order at one speaker had me waiting... for at least 30 minutes and when I asked at the window some stupid customer cannot mind her business try to tell me you have tobe patient I?m like you don?t understand the situation woman mind yo business. IM UPSET!!! I waited in line for about 20 min. with not one response. I had no greeting, I wasn?t told to wait either. The whole... time I was in the drive through one of the cashiers working the drive through mic was on and so I heard her entire conversationshe was cussing and all. I spoke multiple times to get someone?s attention and when the cashier who mic was on finally heard meshe told one of her coworkers they had a customer in the drive through and then proceeded to finally turn her mic off. NOW I?MHUNGRY WITH STILL NO RESPONSE!!!! The day is Friday, September 23,2022 10:30pm. I have worked fast food before and so I understand the stress of working drive through all I wanted was communication, well at least to be told to give them a moment, but Icouldn?t even get that.
