Today, around 5:40ish August 23rd on a Tuesday evening, me and my boyfriend decided to go to planet smoothie to try a different... smoothie place than Smoothie King and when we immediately walked in and smiled and said hi all three of their workers (one maleand two females) rudely stared at us and looked away. I had to look one of the girls in her eyes for her to say ?hey? and thatwas still rude. When we said thank you to the cashier (one of the girls) she said ?mhm? and not once said you?re welcome oractual WORDS. The energy was nasty and extremely unprofessional. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!! The ONLY reason they got one star from me today is because I had to put something in order to write... this review?.. I am a regular customer and I would ALWAYS go to the Morrow location to order the same smoothie?. TODAY WAS ADIFFERENT EXPERIENCE!! I went in for my normal lunch smoothie and witnessed the two employees behind the counter take theprotein canister to their faces and place their nose and mouth inside the canister sniffing and commenting on how it smells like?sweet fish food?? after that, he poured the powder inside the clear container, refilling it with the powder their nose andmouths were inside!!!! I was not the only customer inside? I WAS SO UPSET I HAD TO LEAVE!! With COVID-19, Monkeypox, and whoknows what else going around?. I think something needs to happen!!! I made a few miles Drive over here to get me a smoothie the sign on the door, the internet and everywhere else advertise them... being open today from 9:00 to 9:00. as I'm leaving this review it is 15 minutes till 9:00 and they are already closed the personlook like they just finished mopping so that means they been closed for a while. this is crazy. somebody should reimburse me forthis high gas I'm spending and my time I'm wasting by coming over here to a store that advertises to be open till 9:00pm anddefinitely at 8:45 they closed. Horrible. Will never go to this location again and it's unfortunate because this was the location I frequented for 2 years. They... don't have any training and management is poor. The Nutty Brazillian bowl was horrible and icy. They remade it 2 times and itwas horrible each time. They also had over ripe bananas that they chopped in half and put on it instead of cutting them up. Willnever return to this location. I just knew I was going to have a smoothie for breakfast. What a huge disappointment. It?s 8:20am and the sign clearly says... 8am-9pm Monday through Friday. It?s Wednesday and they have not opened. I am so frustrated. There is no consistency at thislocation. I used to love coming here but things like this deters me. Don?t get me started on the staff, very unprofessional. So I was trying to switch up and try something different in a little bit healthy, I decide to try Planet Smoothie and I'm very... happy that I did. The customer service was on point, and I didn't have to wait long at all. Even when there's maybe 5 to 8people in line you still won't have to wait long to get what you ordered. Overall it was a great experience and I've went asecond time which was today and I'll probably be going back tomorrow as well to finish out the week. I say check them out andgive him a chance they have many healthy options that you can add to your smoothie if you're trying to lose weight if you'retrying to get a boost of energy, they even have chia seeds which is my favorite source of Omega-3. I can say without a doubt that this is the dream team now baby! I can go in any day of the week and walk out with a perfect... smoothie every time. The only place in atl I can say that matter of fact like. Team is responsive and intuitive 100% of the timeand it feels good when, everywhere I go in fast food it feels tense and like I inconvenienced them showing up, but here theyalways greet with a smile and make me feel like a part of the team.
