Mr Rafael gave us the 5 star Krystal experience!! We had such a great family meal here it was our first time at a Krystal, we... are from Germany, California, and Las Vegas in town for a family reunion and this was a perfect meeting point after ourflights. Besides the burgers and fries being excellent and the service being lightning fast Mr Rafael was such a joy I think weall wanted to sit as close to his order counter as possible :) We will definitely be back before heading home! I don't know what's happening to this place but it's just shabby now. 3 times they've kept by credit card. They never give you... the basics. Forks, salt pepper. You have to ask.
