Great customer service! I came on a Wednesday and it was slow hours. Came here for oysters, but they were out ????… but... that’s okay- I ordered something else and a drink called a “sure thing”.. the restaurant itself feels and looks veryclean- restrooms too! This was my first time here, first person I encountered was the person that seated us. She needs etiquette classes. Our waiter... was cool but took very long to check on us and it wasn't busy. But we kept her a 20 tip due to what we ordered. Our waitressneeded a lil work . The food was great I ordered a steam bag with house sauce and it did not disappoint. I visited King Claw on a Thursday evening. Food was very well seasoned and nice portions. Drinks were great as well. Decor was... nice, bathroom was clean. Our waitress Terry was awesome! Will definitely return! Read more
Service less than favorable. Manager, Desiree very customer oriented. Our server appeared to be the waitress, bartender and... maintenance person which in turn took away from customer focus. Catfish seasoned well. Calamari fried too hard, gatorbites notseasoned to my liking. Cheese sticks were blah. Not seeing a return visit in my future. Read more
The service was great by Cynthia. This was our first time visit. We usually go to Juicy Crab. The atmosphere was nicely setup... and spacious. The staff was friendly and the manager visited our table twice. Parking spaces was adequate. Clean bathrooms. Iordered the wings, hush puppies and salmon, king claw vegetable medley and captain broil both were tasty. We informed them itwas a birthday celebration when we made our reservation but they didn’t acknowledge it. Although the host that took us to ourtable did mention it. Read more

Loved it! Im not a drinker, yet my drink was tolerable and amazing. The food is good and came out just as fast as the... appetizers. I got a FREE slice of cheesecake for my Birthday. My friend and I took pics at the front where they already had abackdrop ready. Definitely will be back. Read more
