I bought two Mac and cheese bowls tonight in morrow Georgia which came to $18, but the food was nasty. Mac n cheese was ok but... not seasoned, but the chicken on the other hand was rubbery. The spicy Mac n cheese my daughter had was like a bowl of soup.Horrible Read more
Came to this location at 830pm to store hours state they close at 11pm they ran out of chicken they are not dropping no more... food and locked the door 4 people inside door dash and drive thru customers had to leave what?s going on why be lazy @Kfc yabetter check this store and bring more food Read more
The most disorganized establishment I?ve ever been to. It?s almost as if they hired the whole staff today and they were all in... training. Waited 20+ mins for a 3 pcs chicken tender only to have cold fries. I waited and was never acknowledged. The managerwas very nonchalant about the ppl waiting for 30+ mins for their food and didn?t care to assist or help anyone with their order.The workers weren?t friendly at all except for the young girl that worked the front. Terrible service. Does not live up to the "fried to order" promise advertised outside. Food took over 40 minutes, not to mention... the employees forgot our order and had to request our receipt after 35 minutes. They lost the receipt and our order wasincomplete when we received it. Meanwhile, five different to-go orders were done while our dine-in order wasn't. After we gotour food, one client cancelled his order and threatened to call the police over a refund. I just left 30 minutes ago, the drive thru was down, so we had to come on the inside. Ok, that?s fine! We got in the inside all... of the employees were very rude! The cashier was new, trying to ask the manager, and two other employees for help with orders.They did nothing but laugh at her, in front of guest. She was confused, and kept asking the same questions. She was taking anorder, and the manager read the screen and yelled at her, didn?t I tell you we don?t have white meat in crispy. It?s a time anda place for everything, and that wasn?t it. Course correct correctly, and privately. All of the guest in the lobby wasastonished and disappointed by the lack of disappointment. This was my first time going in, because typically we go through thedrive thru? but that would be my last time. An employee went from changing trash, straight to making mash potatoes. The employeewho also was changing trash, said they need to go to Burger King so they can get it their way. At that point, I was done. I wasgoing to ask for a refund, but my order was ready.
