Very disappointed EXTREMELY slow service. The black employees were the ONLY ones working and the white employee was walking... around doing small things, walking around the gas station store, not assisting. I will not return. ColdStone is my favorite ice cream of all time and I get the same thing every time and at every location. Founders favorite with... cheesecake and cake batter ice cream. They had no pecans to make it, ok I?ll substitute it. But why is my ice cream a wholedifferent flavor?! It tastes like sweetened condensed milk! There was a long line so I didn?t even see the girl combine theflavors but it?s horrible. And the other cashier, named started with a Z, had a horrible attitude. She told me I need to moveout the way so she can help another guest. Ma?am that?s fine, but don?t rush me out the way. I?m just waiting on my second ice cream. Never again. Read more
Food was great. However service was very slow. There were two girls working the counter, and the African American girl did all... the work waiting on us and taking our money. The Caucasian girl was sitting at the back counter doing simple prep of something.But the line was starting to go out the door and the one girl that did all the work was the only one waiting on everyone.Customer ahead of us ordered like 7 items. By the time we got ours ordered, treats received, and out the door, it was almost 30minutes. Read more
Long wait with 3 workers. 1 worker was on her phone while other 2 workers were trying to figure out a rhythm to tend to... customers. No communication as to being out of waffle cones & bowls and brownies. Read more
Nice choice of ice cream and smoothies. The place is small and can be very busy which causes a long line. Employees are friendly... and helpful. They take time to make your order right. I'm a returning customer. Flavors taste very good. Read more
Honestly, it?s my first time in a cold stone creamery and I am highly disappointed in the quality, taste, product and customer... experience. Would I ever buy or think of coming to a cold stone!!
