I ordered online and have ample time for my meal to be prepared. I went to pickup my food and waited nearly 45 in the... restaurant to be told that my order wasn't processed for some reason. I then waited another 15 minutes for my order to beprepared. My son took what was labeled as his sandwich and left to leave with a friend. I opened my sandwich to see that it wasmy son's. They were both labeled incorrectly. Also, we did not receive our sauces. The parking lot is a joke. I couldn't getout due to the drive thru being backed up. I sat in the parking lot trying to get out for about 10 minutes. The setup reallyneeds some help. Read more
