Food is usually pretty good. The pretzels always hit the spot and their drinks are good too. Only complaint I have is that there... is one lady who works here, a heavyset hispanic woman, who has a bit of an attitude. But hey, maybe she was having a bad day.Who knows. My boyfriend and I approached the counter about 30 minutes before they closed and we simply were asking respectfully if it was... possible to get a bucket of pretzels or if it was to late and this older white lady caught an attitude with us and was very rudeand unprofessional. My friend and I approached the counter to ask the cost of a cup of water. My friend said excuse me to the manager, Toni, three... times and she did not look up or acknowledge my friend. Toni was literally standing in front of my friend. Very unprofessional. Will not be back for water or pretzels. Management should really speak to Toni about customer service skills. Ordered three Original Soft pretzels and was told it would be a 10min wait. I left and came back 10min later roughly to pick up... some pretzels for the guys at work and was in such a rush I didn't check my order before leaving; yeah my bad, I just assumedpeople would do their job.
