This was a horribly experience. I order my food at the drive thru window. When I bite my sandwich it was cold as tho the slapped... sandwich together. I went inside to get another sandwich thinking it was going to be better. It wasn't. Arby's was the place togo for a nice hot sandwich. Nooo! every Arby's I've gone to my sandwich was Luke warm or cold. Nobody! I'm going to tell themnext time I want fresh sandwich of the grill! Read more

I was at Arby?s a couple weeks ago in the drive-through and ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, which was on sale I believe... two for seven dollars. There was so much buffalo chicken sauce that it drowned the chicken. If you want to eat that sandwich, you will need to wipe off the chicken a little bit in order for it to be palatable. Their shakes are great. Read more

I had a very simple order #1 with fresh fries and extra sauce, and the only reason they received 3 stars is because the beef... and cheddar was great! When I received the order I immediately sent the cold fries back. The young lady bought me fries backthat they must have dropped in back in the oil and now instead of fries I had hot potato chips. Will not go back to this Arby'sever again. Totally ignored the fact that I ask for fresh hot fries! Read more

Food was good and order was accurate. Arrived around 3 pm on a Sunday. The person who took our order didn't smile or give a... friendly greeting or farewell, but she did her job accurately and promptly. Ordered a single classic and a single turkey wrapfor takeout, just the two sandwiches. It took a while for the order to be prepared - maybe 10-15 minutes? While we were waiting,I heard what sounded like arguing between two employees from the back, someone shouting "Stop," and "I'm not on first shift; I'mon second shift." Floor was really sticky, though it looked clean enough so I'm not sure what made it so sticky. I had to resistthe floor to keep my shoes on. The manager on shift (or possibly owner?) apologized for the wait when they brought us our food. Read more

No one is taking orders at the drive thru. I?ve been sitting for 20 minutes. It is currently 12:46 pm. People are pulling off... from the drive thru. I guess I?ll take my money to Steak N Shake which is next door. And the link provided to share concernsdoes not work so the poor service will continue. Read more

I?m a big Arby?s fan. However today around 3:15p, I visited the Mt Zion Rd location. There was a gentleman in front of me... waiting. After about 3 minutes later, he shouted, ?Hello is anyone home. You could hear laughing and giggling. The young ladynamed Kendra(?). I may have the name wrong. Her name started with a K. Came to the counter and did not greet the customer. She appeared to be upset because he had to ask if anybody was there. Her entire persona was negative and unprofessional. Iasked, who?s the manager. An older gentleman with glasses (Kelvin) said I am. I asked him if he tolerated that type ofbehavior. He looked at me and walked to the back. I said I will be taking a survey. It?s almost like this is the tone andbehavior of this particular Arby?s. I know This is not the first time that this has happened. Someone needs to look into thisbehavior. It?s obvious good professional service workers are hard to find. Facebook is next. Read more

I was a little shocked at how rude I was treated here, but the food was good! I pulled up on Thursday, January 6, at 9:35 and I... saw that the menu looked like it had a deal for a medium chocolate mint shake that was the same price as the small. I tried toorder that, but figured out very quickly that it must be a mistake. That was fine, I ordered a small. However, the woman takingmy order gave me a lot of attitude as if I was demanding something that I knew wasn't possible, even though it was just amistake. When I came to the window I just let them know that the advertisement might need to get updated and she got very upsetwith me again and gave me more lip and then explained by saying "look, the price is what is pulled up in the machine for a smallwhat do you want me to do about it!!?" And I said "Oh, no, you don't have to do anything for me, I just wanted to bring it toyour attention so it doesn't cause future confusion" then she was very kind to me when she realized my intentions. I don't seewhy she isn't trained to deescalate a situation first, instead of jumping to the conclusion that I'm attacking them. Poortraining, but that's a person by person thing. Read more
