Delicious seafood combo. French fries are also cooked to perfection. Favorite item was the Shrimp and Chips. Fried Oreos taste... like donuts, very good. Grilled fish tacos were amazing. Outside dining area is spacious, clean and has a beautiful view of thebay. 2 Handicap bathrooms are accessible and clean. Read more

Clam chowder bread bowl , poke bowl, seared salmon...all good. They had a special popcorn shrimp, they were kinda salty. Loved... that we could enjoy our lunches outside with our fur babies. Another plus is that they're located right next to the "OtterNursery". Super cute watching the otters. Read more

Food here is great! We got 1/2 dozen oysters, the kraken fries, a cup of clam chowder, and pop corn shrimp. Everything tasted so... good. Seating is outdoor with a great view of the bay and Morrow Rock. Read more

People were raving about the clam chowder but I didn?t find anything special about it just a general bleach flour grease salt in... a couple of clans chopped up Long wait in the line on a Saturday lunchtime but worth it for the food. I had a grilled halibuttacos Michelle quite filling and then a small cup of clam chowder. A glass of wine with seven dollars not bad for $31 for freshseafood Read more

Very friendly staff and great food, which is probably why the line is so long for the BBQ oysters. Was it worth it? Yes and no.... They ran out of the butter garlic after about an hour wait and only had the sriracha butter. Good, but would have been nice toknow they were running low. Biggest issue is with the ?system? for ordering. They have two windows, one with and one without BBQoysters from what I can tell. The one without was short with no wait and the other very long, so you have to really want theoysters. If you are in a small group, you can have someone order chowder or some other food items so you have something to munchon while you wait. If you prefer fresh steamed crab or lobster, send someone into the fish market to order that ahead of time, cause that takes about 45 mins. If you can split up and organize, you will be fine. If you can?t and want to try different itemslike fresh Dungeness and oysters, be prepared to wait. Once you get to order and get your food, it?s pretty awesome! Read more

We've been in Morro Bay before but never ate here . This time, we drove from San Francisco to Morro Bay and decided to try out... their famous clam chowder. We got the bread bowl and the shrim burrito 1 large soda and 1 pitcher of 805 beer. This review issolely on my personal experience. I feel like the Clam chowder is good, no doubt it, but we tried on the bread bowl and was abit cold. I'm not sure if it's the bread or what. Then, we got it on an actual bowl, and it tasted 100 times better. Theburrito was plain nothing wow about it. The beer was warm, which was a little disappointing because I liked my pitcher cold, but regardless, this restaurant was good, and the prices were affordable Read more
