Update...I understand that ownership has changed, but we visited this past weekend and I am happy to say that the food and... recipes were still the same and quite awesome! Other than a few new faces it was the same great Salute we know andlove! Saturday evening dinner for 4. Seated quickly and since it's a byo, wine was on the table.
