Let's face it... It's Wendy's, but there is something to be said when you pull up to order drive-thru and they tell you all the... have is nug gets and fries because they are short staffed. What that means is you no one to work the grill or make a sandwich.Why are you even open? That's next-level incompetence from the management and/owners that are either unable to train a reliablestaff, or just paying them so little that they don't care enough to come in to work. This place is sooo slack! The make me late and leave me hungry. It?s unfortunate it?s the most ?convenient? fast food near me.... There is always something wrong. I did pick up. Strawberry salad was missing two key toppings. They bourbon bacon cheeseburger was small, flat and looked nothing... like the picture. The two frosties were not cold and mostly melted into milk right soon after getting them. The chicken nuggetsdidn?t look like the real chicken nuggets pictured on Wendy?s website. the guy who checked me & my boyfriend out was rude. he was inattentive, walked away without giving us our receipt, & overall had... bad service. the two drink machines barely had any choices for a machine with the whole point of being having options?? theemployees were talking loudly, one on the phone. the only good part was the hot fries. save your money.
