We've never been there before and were hopefully when seeing the menu. Ordered the chicken salad sandwich and was disappointed... when it had about 1/4 inch of chicken salad on it. Just sad. Egg salad sandwich was same way. Guy at counter said "yeah shouldbe more on it". Thank goodness we had to look in the egg salad sandwhich. The metal tie wrap off the bag for the bread wasinside the sandwhich. My wife would have bit down on it. Told guy at counter. He shrugged. No manager ever came out to talk tous. Never going back and will tell all friends and family to avoid. Read more

19$ for a CHICKEN CEASER WRAP , baby handfull of soggy frys and 12 floz of soda is a ROBBERY. I understand inflation but this is... unfathomable. That meal cost 5-6$ to make MAX. Adjust your prices or this will follow all the failing restaurants in the Raleigharea Read more

Aviation Parkway location - My last few experiences with them have not gone well. The food (if you are lucky enough to get it)... is good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It seems it takes a longer time to prepare orders than my preciousvisits so I have tried both online and on the phone so the food would be ready when I arrived. A few times, the online sitewouldn't allow me to submit my order so I tried calling and the phone just rings. This happened twice so one morning I went into place the order in person and I respectfully asked the cashier if there were issues with the phones. She got attitude with meand says she was "told by management if she is too busy that she doesn't have to answer the phone." Note - the time of morning Igo in, there are 1 maybe 2 customers in there if that. Today was the last straw for me. A big order was placed prior to mine soI was told it would be 40 minutes. Not optimal but ok... after 45 minutes I asked for an ETA and I was told they didn't know. Ihad to ask if she could guess. She said the big order wasn't complete and they thought it would be minimum 20 minutes after thebig order was done. I was in restaurants and hospitality for 15+ years. Part of customer service is to update your customers iforders were going to be longer than initially stated and at least offer an apology or give the cook a hand in the back toexpedite!! Your response should not be I don't know and then walk away. I asked for a refund. Read more

With tip I wound up spending over $20 on a sandwhich and some fruit...I didn't get a drink. Also I'm not the type of guy to... refuse a tip. So...that made it so high. I just couldn't believe how much I spent on that when there's so many other affordableoptions nearby. Sandwhich was great but not worth that much. Staff was kind. Read more

Key takeaway: line cook up front was wiping his nose on the back of his hand. Online pickup order: paid $$$ for several cold... sandwiches at 2:40 while en route to pick up (site says closed at 4 pm). Order was accepted and credit card charged, but uponarrival at 2:48 doors were locked, closed, & the order CANCELLED. Door sign: closed at 3 pm. Second pickup order: sandwicheswhich we picked up but noticed the line cook wiping his nose on the back of his gloved hand. Did not realize until home whitebread (not what was ordered) was used :( Both experiences: Aviation Parkway deli. There are a number of 1 star reviews forthis location :\ Read more
