Absolutely the best ribs around! Ever since the pandemic, they seem to have staffing issues, but it's always worth the wait. The... food always tastes great, and the staff are friendly and attentive. We have been in the area for 8 years and never had a badexperience, aside from perhaps a year ago when they had some issues with their draft beers and unable to serve them. Steaks arealways cooked perfectly, and are never dry or tough, ribs are perfectly cooked and literally fall off the bone. Fried items arealways tasty but never greasy. It has become one of of our top 3 places to go for special occasions when we want to ensure goodfood and a pleasant eating experience. Read more
There was no one in the restaurant . Took me 10 minutes to get seated. Took the server a while to get to me. She took my drink... order and took another 10 minutes to bring it back incorrectly. The Food came up pretty fast but it was not well cooked at all.Look at the pictures. Old macaroni and cheese (it was definitely left over), the steak was way over cooked and way oversalted. The Caesar salad had almost no dressing and on it. There is much better places to eat for this kind of money. All alongthe way the server never checked on me. Read more
Worst experience and food ever, I orders the BBQ sampler, chicken under cooked the ribs were jerky on a bone, my coworkers... chicken strips looked like they were cooked in old oil. And we're over cooked. No one was at the front entrance until 15 peoplewere waiting around and then we were greeted with whose first...... Never again. 80 dollars spent on trash! Stay away!!!!!!!!! For a steakhouse, the filet mignon was terrible. I guess that is what you get for the cheap prices, anyway. The chicken tenders... and wings were good. Blossom onion was good and fries were also good. Really disappointed in the steak though and the sautedmushrooms which smelled and tasted funny. won't recommend. Staff is nice. Read more
Loved this little surprise spot. They are a little short staffed, but had the nicest servers and front staff. A little patience... paid off for us because the food and drinks were incredible! And they have the SOFTEST ROLLS! Loved this spot would totally comeback. Read more
This was our first time at this restaurant. We started out with a couple of appetizers fried pickles and chicken quesadilla. ... When our waitress brought them out and it was fried pickles and chips and queso. The waitress admits she took someone else?sfood and went back and got the kitchen staffs to make our quesadilla. While placing our order, I ordered chicken fried chickenand for my sides I said loaded potato soap and stemmed broccoli and my wife order fried shrimp. When our order came out Ireceived a loaded bake potato not soup. Approximately half way through her meal my wife noticed a hair on her plate swirledinto the sauce on her plate. It was brought to the mangers attention and she explained everyone in the kitchen wear hats (laterobserved to just be ball caps did not look like anyone wearing a hair net) she did remove my wife?s meal from the bill. Whenusing the men?s bathroom I was washing my hands and went to use the papertowel machines and just get a blinking yellow light andnoticed the papertowel roll on the sink.
