My lady and I eat here all the time but after today I won't be eating there anymore. The employees there don't listen when... they're making your sandwich. I asked the woman for extra onions and literally put like 4 onions on it so I asked for more andshe acted like that was a problem. I also asked for extra mayo and again she put 2 lines on there that were very thin and ofcourse when I asked for more she acted like that was an issue. Lastly once I got home to eat it I immediately felt funny afterthat and less than a minute later I vomited the whole sandwich in the toilet. I was in your store just a little while ago to pick up some lunch and the 2 workers at the time were not wearing masks. One... worker did have on a mask but it was under his chin. They were very cordial very nice but with everything going on with covidand customers being required to go in an establishment with a mask on I expect to see the workers with mask on, Especiallydealing with food. I am probably incorrectly spelling her name, but Keyonna is absolutely amazing. We visited here this past Sunday and the one... before. She took such good care of us. She is friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and just provided a welcoming environment. Icurrently manage a restaurant and have worked in restaurants since i was 15 years old...so 18 years. It's very very rare to comeacross someone who is sharp, good at their job and who cares. Especially now, when we're all understaffed! I will be back forsure ? Read more
I experienced the best customer service ever at this place. This beautiful ray of sunshine in human form was working all by... herself on a Saturday and it got busy. Ordered couple of times online and each time they miss something in my order. Not only that the sandwiches were really... unappetizing. When ordering onsite i never have a complaint but its really hard to trust them when ordering online. When pickingup my order today the staff was wearing his mask in his neck. When he saw me entering he didn?t bother to wear his mask too. Nota good customer service. Read more
By far the best Subway in NC that I've come across. Food - As good as a Subway should be. Service - I was greeted immediately... as I entered the restaurant by both employees. Keyonna, I think thats how her name was spelled, (The muscular/toned black ladywearing a yellow happy face pin and a red pin that was covered by her hair) has served me every time I've been to this location.She is extremely friendly, sharp, and fast. Her speed does not compromise her accuracy. She speaks clearly, doesn't skimp out onitems and doesn't make a fuss about anything. Atmosphere - The music wasn't overbearing. This Subway is the cleanest and mostorganized I've ever been to, including the restrooms and drink fountain.
