Always quicker to take a walk to this location and get your coffee.
My first 2 picks of drinks weren't available (Caramel latte, pumpkin spice latte). Ended up with one I didn't really like.
There is a line of about 20 people waiting 10 minutes after the barista said that the store should be opened. The barista said... that the store cannot open without the manager. I really do not care what others have said about RDU airport Starbucks, I tried it anyway and I'm glad I did . Honestly a horrible place to get your breakfast from as their customer service is so bad that we could clearly see it in their... actions. Both employees today were very rude. They behaved as if the 10 to 15 customers in the store were not visible to them.When my order was ready, they did not even call my name instead when I reached out to them after realizing that 3 customers whoordered after me were getting their orders so I was told that my order was sitting in front of me for the past 10 minutes. What a surprise! I visited this Starbucks at Raleigh-Durham International Airport and, I never ever saw such a horrible service... in the world! All the girls are far away from the polite service and it isn?t the face of Starbucks service at all.
