I mostly come here for food/snacks. Chose-your-own-toppings option for hot dogs is great. Like the mozerella sticks and cheese... fries. Staff are always nice and helpful when I am there at night. Indoor and outdoor eating areas. Hand sanitizer pumps neardoors. Clean store. Always open. I love that there is an air pump for tires also; very useful. Read more
Ordered food online for pickup. Got to store and waited over an hour. Food was still never put on mobile pickup rack. Asked... employee at register about my order and she went to the kitchen herself to find out what was going on, grab all the items (thatwere already done and sitting there) and bag everything. She was walking around the two people who were actually working thekitchen.. Then the food was cold because it had been sitting there but I was not going to wait another hour to have it remade.The lady at the register did handle everything nicely and quickly after talking directly to her but the two men working thekitchen were not having a good night. The over night crew have much to be desired. Ordered a sandwich normally in out under 15 minutes... new person working there,... very obvious he's struggling, Orders are backed up people waiting, new person like I said, but slowly but surely working hisway through it, trooper.... person that was working the register is helping where they can......... NIGHT MANAGER..... walkingaround totally not helping and making no effort to help out, great job to the staff for making things happen..... bunboy nightmanager, needs to be removed from management until they learn how to lead.
