Definitely a good edition to the Park West Village. Every thing on my plate was delicious. The burnt ends were sweet, tender,... and had a nice amount of chew to them. My only regret is that I won't be able to taste them for the first time again. Definitelyrecommend getting them smothered in the bourbon molasses. The BBQ is textbook, and has a rich smoky flavor to it that isn'toverbearing at all. This restaurant has multiple kinds of sauces (vinegar based, BBQ sauce and a spicy bbq sauce), that are allvery tasty. I even added a couple dabs to the macaroni and cheese. Giving this place a 5 star because everything we ate today was yummy! We had the pick 3 (chicken, turkey and brisket) with... beans and mac as sides. Everything was so delicious and afterward we met, who I think was the owner. He was so nice! Acouple of recommendations: Warm Sauce, and serving the meat hot. It was tender though! I recently visited this red hot and blue location. My experience was lovely. The building is clean, well decorated, and smells... like some awesome BBQ. I ordered the 1/2 rack ribs to-go which were cooked to perfection. The food was warm and the meat comesright off the bone. The staff is very friendly as the people taking my order explained everything. They even remembered my sidesauces :). Will definitely be coming back with some friends. Read more
Food was excellent as was the service. Ordered the delta two combo (brisket and sausage), along with banana pudding and baked... beans. Everything was really good, though wish they had a better selection of sauces at the tables. Staff was very friendly,checking on the tables. Definitely will be back. Read more
The food and service were amazing! We really enjoyed the experience. The ribs were tender on the inside and barbecue crusty on... the outside. Everything was well seasoned. Green beans were tasty and not overcooked. The Cole slaw could use a little zip. The lemonade had real lemons in it and was very refreshing. Check it out! Read more
The new location in Morrisville is amazing. The place is incredibly clean and spacious with its high ceilings and outdoor patio.... The staff was friendly and helpful. They really cared about our experience which is exactly what we look for especially with twoyoung kids. The food was even better. I ordered two meats (ribs, brisket) and two sides (corn, potato salad). The ribs had afantastic dry rub and I dipped it in Carolina barbecue sauce. It was one of the best ribs I?ve had. The brisket was juicy andtender Dipped in their mild barbecue sauce. My kids ordered the pulled pork sandwich and two sides plus the fresh baked cookieand chocolate chess pie. They devoured the food. The location, staff, and delicious food made our experience amazing and we willbe coming back again and again. Read more
Food: The menu is extensive, ranging from NC pulled pork to Texas Brisket. The burnt ends and the dry rub ribs are... particularly delicious. People: The secret sauce is in the excellent, qualitative, and efficient customer service. The foodwas spectacular and the people were just as wonderful. Place: The best analogy to describe the unforgettable experience - it islike the Chipotle of BBQ - clean, chic, but yet cozy and comfortable. The patio is impressive and perfect for its live musicexperience. Conclusion: Some of the best food I have had in a very long time! Two meat dinner. $25. All the meat fits in the palm of my hand. Some fries, some greens beans come with it, but common (also... the container of greens beans was only 2/3 full). Again, $25. Edit for business response: No way was it 8 oz. I have eatenhere before several times and got more meat than this. Even when they handed me the bag I thought "this feels real light..."When I eat at other BBQ places or prior trips here, I have leftovers. After I finished all of this meal completely I had alarge bowl of popcorn and a good size piece of cake. Also, I did not go through a 3rd party delivery and picked it up at therestaurant. Read more
