The cashier today was absolutely miserable and rude. Food was okay.

Staff don't have a clue ... took 2 hour and then had to almost badger to get our order.. 1 hot dog, 3 chicken tenders, French... fries....geesh...and.... not that good...hot dog not as ordered. Will not go back. Read more

We ordered a egg sandwich. While eating we noticed our egg white was GREEN!!! My dad went to the counter to ask them why it?s... green and with attitude the lady just asked for our receipt to give us a refund. However, she had complete attitude and didn?teven apologize for the food that was in our opinion molding!! My family and I have never been to NC and decided to eat at Jason's Deli. I feel like the customer service should be on point at... any restaurant but even more so at the airport. Business people, families, and any traveler are already stressed out, press fortime, exhausted, overwhelmed and this list could go on. I also work in retail and pride myself on providing excellent customerservice. The food was great but the attitude that was given left a bad taste in my mouth. Not the real Jason's Deli experience with every menu item or a salad bar but still decent airport food fare. Love the... ????sandwiches, ????salads, and chips with dessert here. Makes a great pre-flight? meal or even a grab and go option to eat onthe flight. Friendly customer service but it can get busy at times and the wait can push you to be late to the gate. Read more

My meal was prepared quickly, the staff was helpful and the pricing was decent, considering the airport setting. The area could... be cleaner and they could have a little bit more space, but this is pretty good for an airport restaurant.
