I enjoy frequenting this place. This is a Halal Hibachi place so it?s a rare gem in the Triangle area. My favorites are the... Spicy Salmon Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and Hibachi Steak. The owners are friendly and what?s nice about this place is that for theprice it?s great food. Worst experience and taste. I have ordered for some Spicy chicken fried rice and go it some bland rice bowl.

I definitely recommend Hibachi Blue! This place is right down the street from my work, so I eat lunch here a lot. The family... that own's it are really friendly, and they even remember my name when I go in. With tip, I usually spend a little over $10 forthe Hibachi Shrimp, and it's delicious. I do wish they would go away from using styrofoam, but other than that I have zerocomplaints. Love this place. Read more

Disgusting. The shrimp was rubbery and fishy. The steak was cheap and over cooked. And the pot sticker dumplings were watery... and flavorless. Plus, there was no sauce for the dumplings, which wouldn?t have made a difference because they were so runny. Another woman was fighting for a refund when we ordered. I can understand why. Read more

I decided to try, in spite of the 4.0 stars, my thing is customer service if I'm spending my money at your establishment...a... simple welcome and a thank you for coming would be greatly appreciated, also food was just okay previous comments regardingchicken and shrimp vs rice ratio is, true, the shrimp and chicken is poor quality, meaning very small carrots were not fullycooked. I am amazed how clean and vibrant this location is. Their menu have a lot of variety and options to choose from. I have had food... from here several times but today I decide to post a review and let people know what an amazing place this is. I ordered shrimpand chicken combo with crispy spring roll. The person behind the counter recommended me spicy teriyaki sauce and some siracha.The cook grilled the meat with thise sauces and my goodness it was DELICIOUS!! It was really healthy and the grilled veggieswere on point. The rice was not too salty and I added their white sauce along with spicy Mayo for the extra kick. I will becoming here more often now.
