Dunkin' should be ashamed of this store. The drive thru is more like a parking lot. You WILL be late. Morning, noon, afternoon,... you ain't going nowhere soon. Bring a book, do your nails, have a nap... you'll be there awhile. Never again. It's quicker towalk into the Harris Teeter and order from Starbucks, than to order ahead at this Dunkin'. Read more
They are too inconsistent with how they make their drinks. I got a cookie butter cold brew which is supposed to be creamy and... sweet. The one I recently got tasted bland and had almost no cream at all. And many times I?ll order iced coffee withcream/sugar/flavoring and the result is a bland coffee with no sweetness or flavor whatsoever. I usually love Dunkin, but thislocation needs to get its act together. I?m tired of getting different, often terrible, results for the same drink order. Read more
Ordered a skim latte, no sugar. I got work and it's a regular coffee, at least 2 creams and soooo sweet! After spending nearly... 5$ on coffee it would be nice to get the right one. Read more
Went today with a friend of mine and this was the worst Dunkin I've been to. The service was terrible, there was at least 10... people but only two or three of them were actually moving around and doing something. The girl mixing the drinks was sloshingthem around, using the same spoon for every drink without rinsing, setting lids down on the counter that was covered in milk andcoffee, definitely didn't feel sanitary. I hope nobody had any dairy allergies ???? Some people had been waiting 20-30 minutesfor their drink. My friend got a sandwich and it was freezing cold, the bagel minis I ordered were still cold in the middle, ourdrinks weren't good, we won't be coming back. I felt bad for the couple of folks trying to get things done, I know they had tobe worn out. Read more
Awful. Ordered 1 Latta waited 10+ minutes. Another "favorite" customer came in and got his coffee before he even paid. Then... the "manager" talked to him for 3 minutes while 3 other customers waited. My coffee was ready for at least 5 minutes beforethey handed it to me. Another worker stirred it for 30+ seconds but never handed it to me once she was done. The cook was thesaving grace. I did not even order food but the cook was on it and very pleasant. Even asked me what I was waiting on. Thanksto this awful experience maybe I can kick my coffee habit because I will never go back there. Read more
Take this word of warning from someone who lives very close to this store and has frequented it: avoid this location. I live in... the apartments right near this store, like within walking distance and have placed lots of mobile orders since they openedearlier this year. Every time I place a mobile order for pickup, whether in the morning or afternoon, I give them about 20minutes before I go pick it up, but it is almost never ready even with that time allotted. Today I placed an order on the appand waited 25 minutes to leave and pick it up. When I got there the drink was not made correctly and they hadn?t even startedmaking the sandwiches I ordered. Had to wait another 10 minutes in store for the sandwiches. If you have the option, just go tothe Starbucks off Page Rd. or the one inside the Harris Teeter off highway 70. Won?t be visiting this Dunkin location again,even though I live close enough to walk there. Read more
Very slow drive thru and inconsistent with quality. I?ll order the same drink multiple times with vastly different results. If... I order a food and drink item on a mobile order, I usually have to remind them of my food item at the pick-up window. I wasexcited about this location when it opened, but it needs improvement. 2pm on a Sunday and I?ve been stuck in the drive thru for over 20 minutes? there?s only ONE CAR in front of me. Now, I can?t... move because there is no way for me to get out of line! I only ordered a quick snack! Young white Manager with piercings on hislip has horrible attitude doesn?t even talk to me or apologize and tells the cashier to ask me for a card so he can give me arefund. At least have the dignity and respect to acknowledge me. Meanwhile, another employee is telling him something and herudely responds to her, ?I?m refunding her money and she?s still getting the food.?
