Drive through at this location is disgustingly slow. Consistently takes 15 minutes to get through the line. They also make you... wait at the speaker to take your order by saying ?I?ll be with you in a minute? and never come back to take your order. Nice place to hang out with friends. Here they have both indoor and outdoor seats. The staffs are friendly and funny.
To say that I had a terrible customer experience today would be an understatement. I will never be returning to Dunkin after... today. I went to the store on Davis Dr to get 2 donuts. I waited at the drive through (no line) without anyone taking my orderfor at least 10 minutes. After waiting and getting no one I pulled up and made the girl take my order at the window. She wasannoyed since I was interrupting her text conversation. Then after I get my 2 donuts which should have taken no longer than 1minute, she wouldn?t give me a receipt since she knew that I would be giving her a poor review. That is not the type ofexperience I am looking for when going to a Dunkin and this isn?t the first disappointing experience at that store that I havehad. I came in on a Wednesday evening on an outing with my husband. We asked if they had jelly-filled donuts and the young man said... no. As my husband was asking about it, I was looking around for a table for us to eat at. All the tables were gross. I figuredmaybe they had a great customer turn out that morning? My husband turned and asked me did I want anything, but I looked over atthe ice cream which did not look to appealing either. So to save face and to be polite. I said we'll since they don't have whatwe wanted I'm ok. And we left. The staff all seemed young, but they didn't seem to be playing around. It was solely theappearance of things as to why we left. Train them. They'll do great. If management ever sees this: We were visiting the areafrom 1.5 hrs away. If your store does it's best in the morning. That's fantastic. But you can earn new customers that prefersweet treats in the evenings by -keeping the dining area cleaned at all times -work on presentation *The ice cream looked hardand dry and the lighter ice creams looked like they were browning. 06/04/2022 I had an iced vanilla latte without sugar, a tomato pesto grilled cheese, and hash browns. The drink was custom made,... and because of a mistake at the register, they didn't charge for the hash browns. The hash browns took a while, though.Otherwise, I would have only needed one photo. Not worth the wait. I stayed in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes to place an order for a medium mocha iced coffee and a... sweet pepper bacon sandwich. Sorely saddened when I got home to eat my sandwich (which cost $5). This is what ?extra bacon?looks like folks! Unacceptable and I will not be back to this location. 8.15.21 @640pm. Terrible customer service. First i went inside to see what they had. Then I talked to a worker about how many... chocolate frosted donuts they had (10). I went back to the car and then went to the drive thru. There was nobody in the storenor in the drive thru. I stopped at the window and nobody said anything. I said hello?!? Andrew said "I'll let you know whenI'm available". This seemed kind of rude. After ordering, Andrew said we don't have any chocolate donuts. I asked him tocheck again. He did and said we didn't have any. I parked and went back into the store and saw that they still had the 10chocolate donuts sitting in the case. This is the worst Dunkin? doughnuts humanly possible. I just left 5 minutes ago and they didn?t have any doughnuts. When I asked... why the girl at the register ?Diya? said ?We sold them all and I cant make anymore?. Mind you its 7:30 pm? I will be sure tocall corporate and their manager in the morning to report. This is probably the 4th incident where the employee was rude and/orthey didnt have doughnuts/coffee/food etc. Just save us all the time & headache and close down for good. Read more
