Took my daughter to clean juice for a smoothie treat after a very stressful morning and all my stress melted away the moment I... stepped foot inside! Janeé was so sweet with my daughter, engaging with her and giving her samples to try. She then told mewhen I went to order two smoothies that the kids size is free on Mondays, cutting the price of my order in half! My smoothie took 30 minutes. I have been to this location in the past and have never been so disappointed. Staff was moving very... very slow, and seemed like they weren?t trained properly. I wouldn?t recommend this place. There are much better smoothie/health food places that have much better prices. The 3 young... ladies working were distracted talking to one another instead of turning out orders. There was one person in the store when Igot there and it took nearly 20 minutes to receive what I ordered. The prices were unjustifiably high for the small amount offlavorless food I received. Firstly, I have been a big supporter of Clean Juice since I have been working in Cary for the last three years. I have also had... Clean Juice host events for my team and I several times and HATE having to leave a 2-star review, however I am quite irritatedsince my last visit in June with the purchase of the Yummus bowl. I ordered the Yummus bowl as is; when walking in, there wasanother female that was waiting, then I ordered and then another young lady after me that ordered a smoothie. I watched thewoman before me leave and I watched the women after me leave, while Im still waiting on my Yummus bowl. The young man that tookmy order looked at me several times and after 15 minutes, looks at me and says "OMG I'm so sorry, I forgot your order" in whichI took the bowl and then left - The bowl had no dates since they ran out, and the dressing I wanted they also had out of stock -When I got back to my job, I opened up the lid and noticed that there was a lack of lettuce in the bowl - Because I am aManager, I wanted to respectfully have a conversation with the store manager, which wasn't in, so I spoke with Shaun Stokes, thecurrent Franchise owner. I gave him all of the details and was assured that I would receive a credit on my account for my nextvisit from the Yummus bowl. Today, I happened to want an Acai Bowl, so I go in, I ask for the coffee acai bowl and asked to usemy credit that Shaun assured I would receive. The young lady could not locate the credit on my account, asked me if I had theapp, which I do and showed her my history and said " I'm sorry its not there." I went ahead and paid for the bowl, $16.03 today.Because I am GF I asked to have the granola removed and to add extra banana and almond butter. As I am leaving, she says hereyou go. I arrive to my office to see that she did NOT give me any extra banana that I asked for. To start, I love coming here! Everybody is so nice. The owner, when he is on site, is so welcoming and hospitable. He really... cares about his store. I will note that the staff can improve on being more aware of what the order tickets include. When Imake additions to my order through the app, I have to double check they added the extra toppings I paid for. I have had to dothis neatly every time I came in, and I come here about 3 or 4 times a week (I order it before I go into work! hehe). So 3 or 4times a week staff is almost consistently neglecting requests on one person?s order. I always add extra egg through the app, andit?s usually not added onto it at all. They have gotten a little bit better about it, because they know my name by now so maybethey remember. But it still happens. I know nobody is perfect, I understand. But to not read the order ticket? Unfortunately I've had 2 bad experiences now. I just recently found this place and was thrilled to get organic food, but the... quality is not consistent. A couple weeks ago I ordered the Nutty Bowl and paid for extra granola. I got home to find therewas no granola at all. No one bothered to tell me when I picked up my order to go. They were apparently out of granola andsimply left it out, but they kept my money for extra granola. They could have waited till I showed up and asked if I wantedsomething else. I called in to the shop and it was supposed to be credited back to me, but that never happened. Today I wentagain and my smoothie tasted like almond milk mixed with ice and not much else. I could barely taste any flavor in it. Thisplace is not inexpensive so the food should have consistent flavor each time I order and nothing should be "watered down". I'vehad this smoothly before and it was awesome. It's a bummer because I love the food sometimes, but the inconsistencies are notok. Read more

I usually do not leave too many reviews but wanted to share. I really appreciated being greeted when I walked in. Service was... quick. Janee was so bubbly and friendly! She was such a ray of sunshine and atmosphere always makes you feel good! Highlyrecommend if you?re looking for very healthy food and smoothies you will feel good about but with great atmosphere and service!Have never been disappointed! Read more
