Seriously overpriced. $4.43 for what amounts to a small order of fries.
Service was bad. The girl taking the orders had zero manners until she seen me take a photo for my review. The sausage egg and... cheese was good but the potato tots were greasy and stuck together as if they were recooked. Sweet tea was too sweet. The lady clerk was not very hospitable. Not very helpful. The service was somewhat lazy. Typical airport priced food. Half of... our order was not placed in the bag. Only the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. The hash browns were either reheated orrefried. They were very greasy and stuck together. The sweet tea is very sweet almost like nectar. What did I expect with an airport restaurant...I guess I was blinded by my love of Char-Grill and the fact that I had not eaten... any since I moved away from Raleigh in 2011. The people were mostly nice, made me fresh fries when I remarked that they gave mevery few (and the fries were old), but they weren't like the fries at the regular restaurant. The burger... Not very good, likeI'm still sad I ate it. I guess this could be what the real Char-Grill is like now? I sure hope not! Read more
The food here is delicious. It was prepared as ordered and it was very fast.
The food is decent but it?s expensive. I was blown away by a young man named LeMar. He was a truly inspirational young man that... treated everyone with respect. I watched him run the register, pour drinks, and clean up. He made the stop great and is thereason for the 4th and 5th star in this review. Thank you LeMar for showing kindness.
