I would give this location zero stars if I could. As other reviews have said, they ALWAYS get something wrong (usually, multiple... things). What?s worst, the quality of food is awful. Rotten avocados, always. Extremely dried chicken. Rotten lettuce. I mean,seriously? What are we paying for? I?ve given this location so many chances, but they haven?t gotten it right once. I ordered Cava tonight for me and my wife and when I got to the store to pick up our order, a couple gentlemen where in and... ordered for what seemed liked 25-30 people. The staff was very professional and helpful and a gentleman from behind the countercame out to ask about our order. It came out a few minutes later. People in these jobs get a hard time when things are busy anddon't go right, but this was a very positive experience in what could have become a very long wait for my food due to a verylarge order. The online ordering system has almost always got my order wrong. I've been coming here on average once a month since it opened.... As of late, whenever I order online, I'm almost always missing a side pita, pita crisps, or other toppings or sauces. It'salways been correct on the receipt, they just haven't made my order correctly. I've come to expect an error now, so I check myorder when I'm there. You know it's bad when you're expecting your order to be wrong and just asking yourself, "I wonder whatthey got wrong this time.." The latest time, I had to wait 10 more minutes and had interactions with 2 separate staff (becausethe 1st one still got my order wrong) before getting the order finally right. Unfortunately, I think that will be the last timeI visit this CAVA. I like the food, but not enough to tolerate the service. Read more
We love Cava! In fact we go there at least once a week is not more! I love the salads - so many fresh ingredients to choose... from! It's one of our favorite places that we hit so often that it's become a part of our life. Let's the kids love it. Read more
Phenomenal food, phenomenal service. The workers were incredibly nice and patient when we ordered for the first time, and even... gave us some great recommendations that we ended up loving. We left last week asking ourselves why we hadn't tried Cava sooner,& we've now added it to our weekly rotation! Can't recommend this place highly enough!! Read more
Tried our local CAVA for the first time last Friday. Wondered how we didn?t discover it sooner! Food is amazing!! Great... Mediterranean meal. Slight learning curve if you?re ?building? your own bowl, but staff was incredibly patient and helpful. Hada busy night of kid baseball and love that we?ve found a healthy and delicious option on those nights. Will definitely be backweekly. Read more
Update 11/11/22- The new manager reached out to me on 11/10/22 and wanted to make it right. Needless to say, I'm leaving the... Morrisville cava location right now a happy customer. The manager was there working and making my order, without knowing who Iwas yet. The bowls were full and the fresh! I told him it was me, back to give them another chance and it was a MUCH betterexperience. It's great to see a turnaround for this location, and I can't wait to come back. Thank you! Whoever is runningthis location needs to be let go. My wife and I placed an order on the app, and just came home with it. My wife's bowl is overflowing. My bowl is about 1/3 full. What the hell did I pay for? Is brown rice in such a shortage you cannot give more than 1/4of a cup? 6 less-than bite size morsels of chicken? This location is a joke. I have an hour drive to the restaurant, just tobring this home. Don't let the ads and emails from Cava fool you. The bowls and the toppings will be limited, big time. Read more
