Waited twenty minutes in line to find out --they weren't taking orders from that line. The employees were five feet away from me... for ten minutes, saying nothing to any of us about this. There was a kiosk next to that line, which had its own line that Iwould have had to go to the back of --after waiting that whole time, if I'd wanted to order. I've never witnessed behavior fromemployees that was so silently spiteful and hostile to the customers of a place. A previous customer told all of us in that linewhen she happened to be coming back that way --within earshot of everyone working behind the counter, by the way. They just kindof silently watched us all waste our time, and belligerently said nothing to a bunch of strangers who were about to get screwedby their negligence. I don't know why this group of people I've never met before had so much festering spite for me, but I hopeto never meet them again. Read more
For airport food, the bacon cheeseburger wasn?t that bad. I actually enjoyed it. It?s obviously overpriced, like everything in... the airport. I ordered from the bar and the burger arrived rather quickly. Faster than those waiting in line. Morale of thestory, get a beer and order a burger. Your day will be much better. Read more

These are horrible people that will rip you off. I went to the Raleigh-Durham Airport location while traveling on Monday. After... paying for a breakfast burger, the cashier refused to give me a water cup even though there is a water label on the sodamachine. When my burger came out they left out the eggs. Given the insolence of the uncaring staff, I demanded a refund. Thecashier and lady in the back seemed to have a terrible relationship. The woman in the back said she would talk to the manager.No one refunded anything. Two complaints to corporate have not been responded to. I have contacted the airport. I simply want arefund for the food I did not eat. These people are awful crooks. Go somewhere else. Read more

Pretty bad? dry as hell so get a lot of sauces if you want to eat it. They put up fancy pics to fool you. Cost a lot as well.... Paper straws..: which I threw away and grabbed a plastic one from Starbucks. Nah mate Read more
Had the Impossible Burger. It was surprisingly good. Service was good. If they're is more than 3 people in line use the self... order kiosk. Everything is fresh made, you may need to wait a minute for you're food. Read more
The customer service was a bit unfriendly. It seemed we needed to just stay quiet and wait. The person in front of us tried... different, and it didn't help her situation. Delayed timeliness did not equate to better food. We were happy to have had somenourishment as we hadn't eaten all day, but we were put off by the visceral attitude behind the counter and were glad to fly outand leave it behind us. Read more
