My family and I came up for the Raleigh, NC State Fair. After the drive up from Charlotte NC after work. We get there check in... our rooms and come back out for dinner. Where we stayed there wasn't a lot to choose from so we decided on Bojangles. Food justlike thrown in our boxes not really hot. I get that was around 10ish and it's about closing time but really. Very hit-or-miss. It's close to my work, so I stop by fairly frequently. You've got about a 30-40% chance of actually getting... your sauce (regardless of whether or not it's on the ticket), so definitely just check before you leave. Sometimes the food isfresh and fantastic, sometimes it's so dry and burnt that you have to douse it in sauce. Read more
On our way out of town, I expressed my to my husband that I wanted a chicken filet biscuit from Bojangles. It has been a while... since I've been to Bojangles as the wait times, cold food and old tea has plagued many of their properties lately. Well thislocation made sure to set their standards higher than the rest. The food was so hot we couldn't eat it immediately. We stopped at this Bojangles on our way to Savannah georgia. The food was okay even though the biscuits were not the most fresh.... Our cashier was not very sociable at all. She did not greet us nor did she say thank you. Overall I visit was below standard. Ifyou want to keep customers coming back they really need to work on their customer service skills. Read more
Maybe i just hit a bad day. They're typically decent but today, i got a 4 piece supreme dinner without the supremes and didn't... notice until i was too far gone. You'd think that's a basic.
