Everything was messy, and gross, ingredients and sauces were mixed there were holes in the dough. The Salami was discolored and... looked like it had gone bad. Half of the team members were struggling trying to get orders out and the other half were justhanging out talking at the oven. Read more

I have been visiting the place since it opened in 2018, I used to love the pizzas and the fresh ingredients however recently the... quality seems to have gone down. I ordered 2 build your own with chicken and another vegetarian options, the variety of toppingsis still great however I saw a house fly in mozzarella box which the server promptly replaced, also the pizza base was burnt. Thecheckout staff was not familiar with issuing and using gift card as an option, overall still nice however need to focus onquality. Read more

I understand today's world and getting supplies, but when you don't have the staple veggies (ex. spinach) to offer is... unexceptable. At some point you have to take responsibility and own your position with the company and ensure supplies areordered within a timely manner and delivered so you don't run out. Blaze pizza has gone downhill! The atmosphere has a soursmell. Like most places they were lacking staff and at lunch time only one person working. I really don't understand how thisestablishment is still in business. Read more

We ordered a take out order the other night and while the quality of the food was always as expect, the amount of time and delay... from the staff was somewhat ridiculous. Something was clearly not working with the kitchen that night. I placed the order andshowed up 5-7 minutes after my pickup time, but when I arrived there was a large line of customers and no orders ready tocarryout. I then proceeded to wait an additional *45 MINUTES* to get our order which came out in 10-20 minute intervals so bythe time we got home, our pizzas were cold except for the last of the batch. In the meantime while waiting, we watched the lineof customers barely move. I'm not sure what the problem was exactly. The guys working the oven and finishing/boxing pizzas spenta bunch of time milling around but it may be because the people taking and making the pizzas had fallen behind...something wasnot right and completely inefficient. To hand you one if your pizzas, then another 20 minutes later, and then tell you anothergas not even been made, yet gone in the oven seems like there was a serious organizational problem. I'm not blaming any oneparticular worker as it seems that they operate as a machine and once one cog breaks, the entire system falls apart. Based onthis experience, it left us with the impression that they are not equipped to handle high traffic times like evenings andweekends so we will avoid ordering from them on those days. There are easily 7 other pizzerias in the area which may be up forthe task of serving dinner. You can see the large, mostly stagnant line going to the door, but seating mostly available becauseno one was getting their food in a reasonable manner. I gave video of the location 25 minutes later with the line only havingmove 6 if so feet...it was that slow moving. Read more

This review is based on service at this location. I love Blaze pizza it?s really good! However the service at this location is... absolutely horrible. I?ve worked customer service for many years so I know what the industry is like but at Blaze Pizza I?ve hadso many issues. I?ve visited a total of five times and even when this place is practically empty it?s a hassle to get thingslike extra Parmesan, scanning my rewards, a to go box etc simple asks seems overwhelming to the employees. Most recently Iarrived at the location on a Friday night at 8:10 pm expecting Blaze Pizza to be open since they close at 9 pm. I went to openthe door and it was locked. Many establishments do not allow you to lock doors to outside customers especially if you?re stillopen within the allotted hours. There was a sign saying they now close at 8:30 pm yet the doors were locked. I then called therestaurant to ask why the door was locked and the employee said, ?Yeah we lock the doors now.? How can any business continue tooperate this way? Hopefully they can change the way they treat customers until then I will not be back at this location. Read more

Love the pizza, but this location just cannot get their act together. We gave them a fourth chance today: ordered online an hour... before scheduled pickup thinking it would be plenty of time and we could just run in and pick it up. It?s now 25 minutes pastpickup time; no pizzas were ready when we arrived. One has been done and sitting for 10 minutes, and the second JUST went in theoven. Lots of staff working (we count 7) but no management or organization. Blaze, you need another location in theCary/Raleigh area - this one can?t cut it! Read more

Went for dinner with my son. Got one Barbecue chicken pizza and Veg out pizza. My first time here. Fast food style pizza made... and baked in front of you. Lots of choices of crusts and toppings. Thin crust. Tasted great. Will come again to try otherchoices. Read more

Amazing place and hot pizza. Sometimes short staffed but they all work hard to deliver the pizza in 15 mins.
