My Friends and I went here for a quick outing so that they could try some Indian food for the first time. The interior is... decorated well and the staff is extremely friendly! Our server was a gentleman who I believe referred to himself as Tom, whoseemed to be curious about our dynamic as I had mentioned to him that it was their first time trying Indian food and he wassuper patient with them as they attempted to order. From them he would regularly return to our table to ensure that everythingwas satisfactory and made pleasant conversation. The food was definitely on the better end of my experiences with Indian food. Iwill definitely be returning. Overall I would say it was a solid experience, and I would recommend it if you are in the area. Read more

I am an avid fan of Indian Cuisine and like to try many different restaurants. In my nearly 2 years of living in the Research... Triangle, I have been to no Indian restaurants better than Amber Flavors and Taste. The quality and presentation of the food isoutstanding and at a reasonable price. The menu selection is diverse, yet not overdone. Do not be disappointed if a dish youlike is not on the menu; they will cook it for you if they have the ingredients! It is also literally one of the cleanestrestaurants I've ever been to. And finally, the atmosphere is incredible and the service is wonderful and friendly. I was on a business trip to Raleigh, NC. Never tried Indian Cuisine, but once. My co worker and I stumble on to the most... amazing place owned by the most amazing couple. Amber Flavors and Taste. I had the most delicious Indian tea, I tried the mostdelicious creation Samosa, and a wonderful soup. The place is absolutely beautiful, very inviting. They even have a largetable with a screen wall around it for a little privacy for a large party. I cannot say enough about the food and the couplethat own it and everyone that works there. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 12. I cannot wait to come back with friends so theycan share in this wonderful experience . Read more
