I'm breaking up with Zaxby's. They discontinued the fried mushrooms. What were they thinking? Peace out Zaxby's.

Chicken was good. Sandwich was blah. Under staffed. Atmosphere was good.

The dining room was clean and a staff member was cleaning tables when I walked in. My food was fresh, French fries were hot with... the extra seasoning I'd ask for on them. Cashier was so kind as I forgot to ask for a couple of things. He supplied them readilywith a big smile. Great big kudos to Zaxby's in Morristown. Read more

This is a great restaurant, I really love their grilled chicken salad and fried pickles ????. They make a grilled chicken salad... that's really good and they are not greedy with the chicken and their lettuce is very crisp and their fried pickles are the bestaround. I hate this place. They suck at customer service and forgot MY CHICKEN IN MY ZAX SNACK. THE WORKERS WERE RUDE ESPECIALLY THE... GIRL IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. DONT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. STAY SAFE AND GO SOMEWHERE WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKERS WHO DONTFORGOT THE CHICKEN TO YOUR MEAL. Read more

Super disappointed with my food. The fries were TERRIBLY undercooked, the bread wasn't even toasted(one side was slightly, but... barely) and the boneless wings didn't even have any sauce on them!! Whoever is cooking tonight, needs to be re taught how thatthe fries stay in the grease UNTIL the buzzer goes off. Whoever made the boneless wings, needs to actually dip them into sauceand not just the bottom corners of the sauce tin. The only thing good was the drinks and the ranch packs. Read more
