i usually have a good experience at this taco bell but after last night, im highly upset. I ordered $40 worth of food. I asked... for NO BEANS on all of my burritos, & NO LETTUCE on a taco. well when i got home the only thing that was right were the friesout the nacho fry box & my drinks. all the burritos had beans, the hard taco?s were stale, and had lettuce.. also found a pieceof red chip in my taco. & BARLEY HAD MEAT & CHEESE. Order incorrect. Didn?t get the Spicy Doible Steak Burrito I ordered($8 dollar item, btw). Mexican pizza upside down and... sticking to the box. 20 minute wait after ordering. Less than cordial interaction with drive thru attendant. No offer for saucesor any greeting at all. Unpleasant and dirty exterior. I truly feel like because our community is small and in a fly over statethe top brass at Taco Bell could care less if we have good employees and a good experience. The upper management should knowthat word of mouth is king in a small town like ours and I have a big one. DO BETTER!!! Read more

I know it's just taco bell, but my visit this afternoon on 8/27/22 was fantastic. This is the best taco bell food has ever... tasted. Everything tastes as fresh as fast food can be and stayed warm til it got to my house. Normally drive thru food ends updried up or cold or just old tasting. I'm happy to have chosen taco bell for lunch today. Read more

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell location, hands down. I did a mobile order tonight/morning and when I got there I was... informed that they are out of steak and chicken. I mistakenly thought, because of how they told me this, they couldn't make myfood. They proceed to tell me that I had to cancel my order in the app and it would take three to five business days to get myrefund. I tried to cancel said order and the dang app glitched, so there was no canceling it. So back through the drive-thru Igo. I explained the situation and asked if maybe I could substitute some things to cover the lack of steak. Of course they saidyes, I was relieved and happy at this point. I get my order thank them profusely and leave. After we get home, we distributethe food and find out that they had completely left the grilled cheese burrito off. I had got the craving box, so I just gave myson my beefy 5 layer to eat. I open my chalupa and the thing was so soggy, it was like raw dough. The chips I got were so staleI couldn't eat them and the cheese that came with them tasted horrible and was cold. They, like always, didn't give me any extracheese on my pinto's and cheese. If you are wanting Taco Bell, I would highly recommend staying away from this one and going tothe one across the street from the mall. Read more

The food is good, usually, but literally every single time I make my order supreme (charging 70¢ for sour cream and 90¢ for... tomatoes) I NEVER get them. And it appears when I also get charged for a Doritos locos taco (upgrading the box) I don't get thateither. So I'm being charged $2.50 and not even getting the stuff I am being charged for. Literally every time I order online orin drive this happens. Please pay attention to the screen..I've worked there before and I KNOW y'all see the order, but want torush through and not correctly make it. Next time I am coming in and just getting my money back. This is getting ridiculous.Also, please actually put toppings on the food that wasn't even customized. Recently the fiesta potatoes actually have more thana dime sized amount of cheese+ sour cream, but that's legit the only decent thing I've had from here the last few times I havebeen. Sure, I could stop going, but I love taco bell so wish it was made right when I do go. If this happens next time Idefinitely won't be back. Read more

One of the better Taco Bell in the area. Service is always fast and food is correct. Staff are usually always very friendly.... Have never really had a problem with anything, and I have been coming to this Taco Bell for a long time. Also really easy to usethe app to order and customize your order and pick it up real quick. Absolutely the worst taco bell I know about. I'm not necessarily blaming the workers either. For the past weeks they're... constantly out of everything. And it's every other night their systems are apparently down, and I gotta cancel my mobile order.Just to wait days on the refund. I mean honestly, I couldn't imagine how they could be worse. Read more
