I have been going to the Talbott, TN Subway for years and never had any problems until lately. Everytime I go in, there are new... employees and some appear to be new and they are slow. I go on my lunch break which I have limited time. I went today and thecoke/soda machines were not working and one of the employees commented it probably needs cleaning. I ordered online and went to get my sandwich 20 minutes later. My sandwich was not ready and I proceeded to wait another 40... minutes at which time my sandwich still had not been started so I told the lady at the register to cancel it and refund mypayment since my lunch period was over and I could wait no more. They did not return my money and I did not get a sandwich. Ifilled out a form to complain to the owner and never heard a word from them. Not a good place to do business. Stay away! I made an order with a person on their phone and they had to hand off their phone to another emp. When they started to make my... food it was totally wrong and when I complained I was asked to leave. regular subway eater this is the worst I?ve been at . Their sandwich was disgustingly cold, even though I got mine toasted.... There?s no hospitality whatsoever. No proper customer service. The kid that was working at 3:20 April 18, 2021... Was VERY rude to me and my daughters....even tried to make small talk about... today,...ignored.....he didn't even put what we wanted,on the sandwiches. When we told him, he's said sorry didn't hear you, andkept rapping our sandwiches.....my12 year old daughter asked for oil and vinegar packets, and he through them on/across counter,and 2 packets went in floor, he said aidios... This was horrible.....then a guy went in after us, average hight, bald....hetreated him the same way....I described him so you could watch the cameras, so no one else gets treated like this.....verydisappointing Read more
Came in 2/8/21 around 7:20 pm. Guy kept asking what I wanted while I was trying to look at the menu and I felt rushed. I got... the wraps. They both had the chicken. He used the bottom of the barrel little scrap pieces instead of getting a new thing ofchicken. I asked for it to be heated. I think he forgot to hit start on the microwave. It came out the same. And it was cold inmy hands. I asked for mayo and he said he was out. I?m pretty sure he just didn?t want to refill it just like the chicken. Hedidn?t seem to know how to wrap them either. The young girl with black hair threw her hands up and rolled her eyes when we pulled in, shouldn't be in any sort of customer... service position with her attitude. Staff at the gas station are always nice and friendly. Subway employees at this location arenever nice and act like you are bothering them. Read more
