Let me start by saying i'm no karen ive give about 100 reviews, only 1 being bad, but Upon my first time entering this location,... a woman behind the counter completely ignored me, & wouldn't even make eye contact. Hoping I'd go away I guess. A young guy anemployee came out of the bathroom, went behind the counter & held his hands under the running water of the sink for 3 minsstraight without using soap or anything & just stared at me without saying anything. Saying I was uncomfortable was anunderstatement. I wasn't going to go back, but ended up having to today. That same woman was there. Her hat said (Mel) the firstwords I hear after entering was "can we just burn it down, I'm tired of being here" I could understand if someone was beingrude, but she was serving a family & boy that seemed pretty calm & nice.
