This place used to be a go to restaurant. Every single time you go there now it takes forever the food is never fresh.... Everything is always broken they come up with some type of lame excuse. The fact that someone took the... time to read it,then delete it and not even reply to the comment or send me a private message is kinda shady. Their slushie machine has been ?down?forweeks,the food isn?t what it used to be and I?m not sure who is in charge of hiring employees there but they might want toinvestigate the two dark hairedgirls that work the drive through window (because the stalls haven?t been open in quite some timeso the same two are always on drive thru.) because Everytime me,or one of my friends or one of my coworkers go there and theyare working,there is always an issue. They either can?t take debit cards because their systems are always down is what they sayand then say they have to take exact change because they don?t have enough to give you change back,meaning if all you have iscash and you don?t have time to go somewhere else ,whatever change you would have gotten back you won?t be getting back and Ithink that they do that on purpose because it happens quite often and they know that there are people who will just tell them to?keep the change?. And when their debit card machine is working,they either take forever giving it back to you or they willstraight out say that they already gave it back to you even if they never did. This happens ALL THE TIME and one of my friendshad used her CC at Sonic about a month back and later that night she had fraudulent charges on it. And anytime I have paid halfcash and half card,they always try to charge my debit the full amount even after me telling them that I only have a certainamount on my card. The worker that they had were doing a great job . Sonic didn't have enough people hired to get the orders out faster . Nobody... don't want to go get a job because the government provides there living for them . It's easier to get a check sent to your doorthan to go to work . If I could give a 0 star review I would. I don?t ever leave bad reviews, but this is kinda ridiculous. When did chicken tenders... become nuggets? I?m paying 8 something for this meal and literally got pieces of chicken smaller than chicken nuggets. Also, noone cared to mention that they were out of onion rings and just let me leave with nothing substituted. I go back and they saythat they gave me extra chicken tenders instead. The extra chicken tenders were literally like the crispy piece on the chickentender ripped off. I also asked for barbecue for my chicken and got nothing but charged a dollar for it. Literally charged adollar for a pack of barbecue with chicken tenders? Why?? I didn?t even get the sauce with my food, I had to go back for thattoo. And why ask if I?d like sauce if your gonna charge me. I worked here back in 2012 for a while as assistant manager. We always had good reviews, great mystery shop reports and made... good sales on a daily basis. Im sad to see the recent reviews now. I always loved my job there and made sure my customers we'resatisfied with service they received. I hope to see this improve.
