Reviews for Portofino Italian Restaurant in Morristown, TN
The food, the price, and service are very good. The sauce doesn't taste like it comes from a can and the mozzarella stays soft.... Seems they use high quality almost home made ingredients. The booth we were in was a bit cramped and under the AC vent so it was a bit cold. We'll visit again. Read more
Would give 10 stars if possible! Super nice, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The food is SO GOOD. We had the Bruschetta bread... and 2 medium calzones. I had the meat lovers calzone and my husband had the steak one. Each was $12.99 for a medium and they'restuffed full! Service was awesome as well! Pro tip: make art out of your trash & put on the plate to make the waitress/waiterhappy instead of leaving it for them to pick up. Read more
This is a review where I wish you could give half stars. I would say it is 3.5 stars. Everything started great promptly seated... subj orders taken and brought back. Order was taken then things started to slide. A couple more tables came in and it seams thisis this places problem. After about 20 minutes we asked about our appetizer and was told it would be out shortly the kitchen wasswamped but there was only like 5 or 6 tables and most of them were 2 people. When the food came out it was good nothing greatbut good portion size is on the small side but fair when look at price. Read more

Had high hopes for this place based on reviews. I value mom and pop companies and rarely write a bad review. Found a GLASS shard... in my son's spinach broccoli calzone. Luckily he didn't swallow it or break a tooth or they would get worse than this review. The waiter being brand new, was kind and apologetic but I got the feeling they didn't care since the owner or manager didn'tspeak to us about it, only comped my son's calzone only. I got the feeling they didn't believe us and they made excuses. Therewas a child working that has to be under 13 with an apron on working in the back and on the register. The restroom had no soapand roof leaked by our table and they could have sat us anywhere as there were only 2 tables occupied. Garlic knots weredelicious, but won't be back. Eat at your own risk. Will be reporting to the health inspector. Read more
Best pizza i?ve ever had, genuinely. Had my doubts because i?d never been here, ending up telling my friends about it. I didn?t... like the pasta alfredo, but to each their own. Highly recommend. This pizza was 8 big slices for 9.99! Read more
