Food is great but some big stinky guy clogged up the bathroom and had Piss water flooding the whole floor. Not something you... want to see before eating chicken. Would recommend they start not letting anybody over 70 pounds use the bathroom. Read more
We will NEVER return to this restaurant again. Accidentally showed up to buy some food when basically the entire staff was... sitting outside having a break. Ordered a 16 piece family meal and go 2 breasts, 2 thighs, and 12 wings. 12 wings really? Wecould've bought 7 whole chickens for the $57.47 we spent. Called to complain to the manager and he hung up on me - and for therecord I did not threaten, intimidate, or use profanity. What an absolute joke. Morristown deserves better thanthis!!!!!!!!!!!!! After reading some of the other reviews, I feel very fortunate that every time I've patronized this specific Popeye's, it has... been a very positive experience. I always use the drive-thru and the employees have always been friendly, genuinely so- or atleast fake it better than most others that you barely get anything out of. My go-to is the spicy chicken sandwich and, so far,it has always been hot, fresh and crispy! Yum! Recently, I placed an order online for the first time and went to pick it up -worried that this could be the time they might let me down, but no, when I arrived home with the family meal, the order wascorrect, fresh and still hot. This is one of the only fast food places I still go to occasionally because the food and servicehas been so good and consistent. I usually go to Bojangles, but their drive thru service hasn't been so good lately, so I thought I would give Popeyes a try. I... ordered a 2 piece combo with 2 thighs, regular. I was told "only spicy" was available...ok...no problem. At the pick up window, the fellow there was most friendly and engaging. I asked if the dining area was open and he said "sure, just park and bringyour food in to eat." So I Did! Ok...food review (compared to Bojangles) now: Chicken was good and at the right temperature. Spicy, about the same as Bojangles. But the pieces were noticeably smaller. The biscuit was smaller too, but tastier thanBojangles. The sweet tea was good, as was the Cole slaw side. The food was okay but had to wait 20 minutes to get it. They brought some fresher chicken after about 30 minutes. The people... were friendly and every thing was clean. The air conditioner works good as advertised on the sign. Glad to see they had aspecial today. Its kind of expensive for what you get. Read more
Just got done eating Popeyes and had the worst service I have ever seen. They had forgot my biscuit, and when went up there the... cashier was too busy worrying about the door being locked. I asked her can I please have my biscuit? Looks at me and the womenare still worrying about the doors being locked. I am never eating this Popeyes again. ??????????? Read more
