Placed a mobile order. Was told it was cash only while they reset there system. Told them I had a mobile order and they said to... come back in 30-45min. So told them I'd cancel my order and just pay cash. Was told the McChicken that I ordered on the app wasunavailable after midnight. When I mentioned its available on the mobile app and I've gotten it a million times after midnightthey mentioned its mcdonalds policy. It's not, but no point in arguing with the employee. After changing my order I got up tothe window waited a few minutes no big deal and got my food. Shame on me for not checking my bag, but he assured everything wasin the bag. Got home fries are missing, no ketchup, and pickles on 2 of the 3 burgers. Terrible experience and since theresystem was down I didn't receive a receipt.
