Disappointed with safety precautions. Hamblen Co has a mask mandate. Sign on the door at the mall says masks required due to... county mandate. Employee working did not have mask on. I expect people working around my food to wear a mask. Read more

My little sister & I got ice cream today, I got her some when we first got there I bought her some birthday cake ice cream &... when the lady gave it to us it had some of her hair in it, & instead of changing it, she just took off the hair & gave it to mysister, I didn't want to make a big deal out of it so I just made her throw it away, before we left she said that she reallywanted that ice cream so I bought it again & this time it looked ok, but half way home & half away through the ice cream shesees there's another piece of hair so don't waste your money at this place again Read more
