Tried to order a meal I saw online in the drive thru. Can't do that, have to order it online. Ordered it online and it took 15... minutes longer than the estimated time with no other customers. What a joke. Read more

KFC has good food but the last couple times we have went there was to feed 4 adults and 4 kids and they haven't have the buckets... fill ups ( not enough chicken) other then that they have been okay. Read more

It was ok my son asked for bbq strips and they poured bbq on top of strips and charged $2 more than regular strips every thing... else was great Read more

The food was cold and nasty. Waited at the drive thru for 20+ minutes. Never was asked how I wanted my chicken and they gave me... original which would have been fine but it seemed old. The food was very bland. The Mac n cheese was over cooked and mushy. Themashed potatoes didn't have any taste. I literally gagged trying to eat the chicken. Read more

As soon as I pulled up to the speaker to order the lady said "Order when you're ready" hatefully. I ordered a very simple combo... before I could even finish saying what meal number I wanted she cut me off rudely saying "What to drink?" Like why the rush? 1)There were no cars ahead of or behind me. And 2) I am not one of those people who take forever to order. Well get to the window,get my order and leave. Turns out my order was wrong, of course. Chicken was obviously old and dried out. Biscuit was hard. Withthat being said...why even call to say my order was wrong or go back? This location used to be fantastic. The past few monthsthe quality of the food has sucked and seems to get worse every single visit. I'm sure they have had staffing changes. The neweremployees attitudes leave a lot to be desired. Don't make your customers feel like they are bothering you simply because theypulled up to order. Or if you hate your job that bad...just go find a new one. I definitely won't be go back to that particularlocation for awhile. I really don't see how they can stay open between the employee's attitudes and the food quality. Read more

i really dont wanna post anything like that but its too much. all the time they mash up my order and forget something and... something . i never have my order perfect at all .. look at the chicken tender they gave me its all burnt. from my side i givethem 0?? Read more
