We love Dunkin and typically forgive any issues we typically have with our orders because we all know things happen. Well... yesterday I went in to place an order and a women whom appeared to be either a shift lead or manager was over by the toasterdoing drive thru orders scrolling on her cell phone with her gloves on. She then proceeded to reach and grab a bagel with thesesame gloves. How disgusting needless to say we won't eat anything that needs to be prepared from there. Cell phones carry moregerms then a toilet. Please educate your employees on health and safety.. Read more
May 25, 2022! Just left this store highly disappointed walked in with my child only to not be greeted or even acknowledged until... we stood there for 3 or 4 mins waited for someone to say something! Finally walked to the register than a young lady asked, ?howcan we help you!?? Like y?all didn?t see us walk in and stand at the donuts waiting to be served! Rarely do you get waited on in a timely manner as a walk in customer. Drive thru is a higher priority. When you ask for... service an employee actually said "that's not my job" Coffee is always hot and fresh. Read more
Nice place but the service was lacking a little. Maybe they were busy but staff just didn't seem into doing the job. Donuts must... not have been from today, they were on the stale side. Coffees were good. Will try to stop again next time. Read more
I like the setup here the Drive thru is better than the other Dunkin' . The employees here are very nice and greet you everytime... I come through the drive thru or walk-ins I order online with their application. Very clean . I get the Carmel frozen coffeewith whipped Cream the munchkins donuts assorted . You can go inside the building Mask not required. Handicap parking.NotHandicap friendly when entering the building. It neighbors with the Fastop gas station. I like this place it's not close to theroad. You can order on line in pick up your order in store are drive thru. Read more
I only gave this DD a one star because I had to? this is the SLOWEST store!!! We mobile ordered at 10:06 am and we?re going to... swing in through the drive thru on our way out of town?. After waiting 37 minutes in the drive thru line, for them to questionif we were at the correct location (we were) we pulled forward a foot and after having to wait another 10 minutes (with not oneof the 3 cars in front of us moving) we squeezed by the car in front of us to go inside, see my drinks waiting there (I had toask to please have them since I was DONE waiting outside) and have the employee say? oh here? it?s coffee and donuts people!Maybe reheat some premade sandwiches? there was NO excuse for the wait time! Coffee is great, if they can figure out how to make it right. Which is about once out of every twenty times you go. Are you... willing to take that chance?
