I don't know if something has changed management wise or what has happened but our experience eating there lastnight wasn't... good. Bravo is our usual go to for Mexican night. Great service and food. Everything was fresh and served fast and friendly.

I would highly suggest not attempting to eat at this restaurant. After waiting from 2:00pm to 2:25pm of no service ?other than... salsa and chips? we were greeted by our waitress who was very apologetic about the wait. ?There were less than 10 customers inthe restaurant, and to make things worse, the cashiers table was 10 feet away in plain view.? Never the less, we orderedimmediately only to never receive our food and left the restaurant after waiting an additional 30 minutes. This is not the firsttime this has happened at this location. Huge tables, and even larger menus! The menus are definitely intimidating to look at, they could benefit from something more... refined. The food here, though, is VERY good and the portions are great for big eaters! Some of the best queso (they also havea sausage queso that is a must try) around. Ordered chicken fajitas for the family with extra tortillas shells. Didn?t get a single one called them back they tell me my... only option is to come back and get them tonight I live 20 mins away and they closed in 10 mins wasn?t apologetic or sorry veryrude. This was the 3rd time we have eaten here and I will say it will be our last. It took us 10 minutes to get drinks after we gave... order to waitress ,then lady at register took our order, she repeated it back to us and when it came out it my husband's waswrong. When we brought it to her attention she argued with us,until I told her excatly what she said. She turned he back andwalked off. We went to pay for my meal ( that I didn't eat) and she refused. Waitress basically disappeared and didn't check on us after we got our food. No drink refills. The chips tasted horrible and... the salsa was bitter. The rest of the food was ok. Lots of other great Mexican restaurants here, so I'd skip this one. Read more
