I don't usually do this but ????what the hell did l just eat. Please do not order chicken fries, l mean l don't think that was... food at all. The so called chicken was rock ???? hard and far from being anything related to chicken and the fries wereDrowning in some kinda sauce. How is this place a food place ????. I wanna go get the same dish soon and see if it was just aone time thing or they just can't cook. I haven?t ordered from Raul?s since the pandemic so it?s been a couple of years. Disappointed to learn after placing a $70... order than the empanada recipe has changed. Now it?s pastry instead of a corn meal empanada. Empanadas are also overcooked! Not the same and definitely not Worth the 3-4 dollar per empanada price. Definitely not Ordering from here again. I've been coming to Raul's for years before the pandemic and decided to visit them recently. The empanadas are missing the corn... meal crust. It was more flaky and crusty. Please bring back the crust!! No soft shell empanadas wanted. Read more
Been going for a year. The food is 3/5, you get what you pay for and comes out fast, but just had a bizarre customer service... experience. I ordered 3 miz, left the store, and went back because I forgot to pick up a drink with my combo. The cashierinsists I don't get a drink because I explicitly didn't say Combo #2, even though they're the same price and it literally says 3miz for that option. The lack of foot traffic there makes more sense when the business is ok losing $400 a year from a loyalcustomer for $1.20 and a bit of power-tripping. Read more
I got the combo #1 which is 3 rocks and a soda. I tried Inca Kola for the first time ever too. So delicious! Highly recommend :)
Empanadas were probably the worst empanadas I've ever ate. Hands down. They weren't bad per se but they were very bland. They... were filling but even the place was very ragged and the service was meh. Do not waste your time coming to this place. Also theplace inside look really ugly with handmade tables and some shiny brown paint. Read more
I used to come here but it's different now. The empandas are made with plantains and most people are expecting flour but I like... plantains. I got two, spinach which was very good. The other was chicken curry which was so dry and tasted like I was eatingcurry powder. My husband got beef which he said was very plain and a fiery steak one which was very good. I wanted to try thesauces they had advertised but only had two made. They were just ok. Not sure if I would go back again. It's lost it'sappeal. Read more
Delicious, I'm in town visiting relatives, I wish Raul's was in Pittsburgh. I'll definitely get more next time I'm in town.
