I first discovered The Millburn Deli about 15 years ago so I'm a relative newcomer as they were founded in 1946. The first time... I had a Jay Ray with a Claremont Salad and a bag of Jalapeno Chips, it was pretty much over for any other sandwich shop in NJ oranywhere else for that matter. Since then, I have had countless breakfast sandwiches, Gobblers, Turkey Clubs, Sloppy Joes,Godfaddas, Chicken Parms, and on and on. I have eaten hot and cold sandwiches in 47 of the 50 states, and on 3 continents. FromOnigiri to Bacon Butties so I know that of which I speak when I say that The Millburn Deli makes some of, if not the outrightgosh darn best sandwiches in the world! Not to mention their ridiculously good customer service, cleanliness and speed, whichshould be a shining example to all. Shout out to Adam Jackson, their Guest Relationship Manager! Read more

What can I add? I?ve been eating here for 15 years at several of their locations and it?s still what I always want to get when... I?m visiting family. Get the #8 and #10 sandwiches, 100%. The only thing I?d recommend changing is that they changed some ofthe names on the online menu, which was confusing. Read more

not nearly as good as the OG millburn deli. I made my own sandwich and the avocado I want was sooooo underripe that it really... affected the way the sandwich tasted. it was nasty. and I had to pay $3 for it. I also paid $1 extra for pickles and they gaveme a SINGLE pickle chip, seriously. I know the original MBD is delightful so I am hoping this is just a one off instance. nexttime I?ll just order from the vegetarian menu instead of getting a basic cheese sandwich. Read more

Love that I don?t have to drive all the way to Millburn to get a killer sandwich. They always have weekly specials but the... griller number 8 is my go to. Worth the price. Read more

Their Sloppy Joe is legendary for a reason. I like the corned beef version but I suspect you can't go wrong here with any of... the variations. Not the best location in MoTown but not the worst either. Glad they opened up in Morris County. Yum! Read more

Charged me an extra $1.25 to substitute cheddar for blue cheese on a salad. Absolutely absurd! Edit - I removed blue cheese... (more expensive) and replaced with cheddar (less expensive) and still got charged. Furthermore, it's just the principle of thesituation. I ordered online and replaced an item with a less expensive item and I prepaid online. Upon pickup I'm told I owe anadditional $1.25. Like customer service guys, I'm not trying to "game" the system here, your food is excellent, but small thingslike this just ruin the whole experience. We're all busy people, I'm just trying to quickly pickup a salad here and get back tomy office. Read more

The most amazing sandwiches we ever had. They have a wonderful selection broken down by meat types and you can also build your... own. I had The Gobbler, a Thanksgiving meal on a sandwich. I could eat that every day. They also have great dressings. Try ansandwich with their Pesto. Portions are large and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Read more
