Update: 06/06/22 My experience at Chopt has not improved. I think that the food tastes great, but the portions keep getting... smaller and there?s usually a mistake or two in my order- it?s pretty frustrating because I do drive almost 20 minutes to gethere. Original: I was thrilled to find a chopt was coming nearby, I enjoy having access to fresh & healthy ingredients. Thefood is AWESOME. Seriously. I don?t enjoy the in-store experience, although I do prefer ordering in store because the to-goorder have come with less food/product. What stinks is that it?s hard to make a custom salad that doesn?t exceed the price ofthe pre-made ones even if you are using LESS ingredients. I was in store once where someone made a salad with bacon and feta andlittle else and it was upwards of $15 and they pointed out how the Chopt Cobb has way more ingredients but was several dollarsless? something to think about when ordering. So I was super excited to find out there?s a chopt near my job. Went in everyone was relatively friendly got my $13 salad came... back to work and within a minute of taking a bite there was a huge bug in it. Not only was I disgusted I ended up throwing theentire thing away. You guys really need to do a better job at keeping the place clean of pests. Needless to say I will not bereturning. Read more

Took forever. Manager was very unfriendly. Truly uncomfortable atmosphere in the store. Also very inconsistent. Falafel was... free on my first visit and then suddenly it was not. I spoke to the server and there was no mention of an extra charge eventhough I asked about the toppings. Just a very poor experience with no concern for the customers on the part of the manager inparticular. Very slow too. Read more

Staff can make or break a place, and the staff doesn?t cut it here. No greeting, kind of indifferent, manager was talking out... loud on his phone. Ordered a salad with grilled shrimp. The shrimp were boiled, not grilled. Salad was tasteless so had to goback and ask for more dressing. Don?t understand why most of the tables to eat at are blocked off from the rest of therestaurant by a wall. This place will not stay open at this rate. Read more

I ordered 2 Mexican Cesar salads, both of which were missing key ingredients within them. My own salad was flavorless with no... dressing. I thought maybe I hadn?t mixed the salad enough so went ahead and did that. After doing this I felt like I was justeating what was essentially cold lettuce with tortilla chips inside of it. The other salad I ordered had absolutely no flavoreither. It had absolutely no tortilla chips in it and was almost a recreation of the salad I had myself. To go along with my twoextremely poor salads my bread was also completely stale. This was not a great experience and I am extremely disappointed in aplace I order from regularly.
