Reviews for Lily Stone Cafe in Rosenort, MB
Beautiful country cafe with yummy giant cinnamon buns and huge selection of teas!
Two friends and I went there today. We had the quesadilla, the chicken wrap and the ham and cheese sandwich. One of us had the... tomato soup the other had the chicken tortilla soup. So delicious! Everything was fresh and well prepared. The servers kept ourcoffee and teas filled. To complete the meal we shared the largest piece of coconut cream pie. Wonderful flavour. I would highlyrecommend this place. A short drive from the city. Don?t forget to make a reservation. Read more
We have been here a few times and it doesn?t disappoint. We recently took our niece for high tea. There was a wide selection of... teas available. The food was delicious and presented perfectly. Though high tea is not what I was looking forward to, it was ahighlight for me and exceeded my wife and my niece?s expectations. We all left feeling like we ate like kings and queens. Read more

I visited the place last Saturday. We were seated quickly - it's good to mention that we booked a table the day before - and... ordered our coffees. A few minutes later, the fire alarm went off the restaurant was evacuated. Unfortunately, they had to closefor the day and we headed back home with empty stomachs and an I'm sorry. I know these things can happen but, we drove an hourto get to the place, and to be honest, it was a bit disappointing they didn't offer us anything like a free coffee or dessert onour next visit as they did with the other customers that had already eaten their meal left without being charged. Very calm atmosphere. This place is busy a lot of the time, so keep that in mind when walking in. Awesome food. I had the... chicken ranch quesadilla, and it was really good. Definitely recommend this place for lunches! Read more
My mom, aunt, sister-in-law and I all went out this past weekend to Lily stone cafe for their Mother?s Day high tea and floral... arrangement workshop. It was so lovely! The high tea was so delicious and we were very impressed with how accommodating the cafewas for my aunt who had gluten and lactose intolerances. She said everything she had was delicious, especially the farmhousesalad! I also had my three month old with us and they were very accommodating and helpful with providing an area to change her,as the bathroom is quite small and there is not a surface in there for changing. As for the floral arrangement workshop, thatwas very well organized! We had a lot of fun putting them together from the fresh bouquets they had for us. The owner walked usthrough her process and then we had free reign. We got to take the arrangement home (obviously) and it came in a little glassdish with care instructions. Would definitely recommend going if/when they have another workshop like that. The cafe itself isvery charming and quaint. There are a lot of cute, vintage decor pieces for sale throughout the cafe itself and a bunch of graband go meals and yummy bakery items for sale. The whole ride home we talked about how lovely of a day it was and how we couldn?twait to come back to try out their regular menu and hopefully get a chance to go to the greenhouse next time, as it wasclosed. Overall, highly recommend checking it out if you?re looking for something to do outside of the city. Read more
Just okay. Great little space. Very good staff. Very rural cafe vibe. Good portion and good food, but really no food was... remarkable or outstanding. Bit bland, lacks spice. Very standard fare. Nothing really signature or unique. Reasonable pricing. Read more
