Really tired of them being closed or whatever is going on for breakfast. Tried a few times going there and there were no cars or... anything. Last time their system was down. Get it together! Also be nice if there was some kind of sign not just have to guessif their open. Read more
Horrible service!! Forgot items in drive thru and then went inside to get them. They were out of them had to wait until they... were fried...asked for a substitute so I could be on my way (Same price range). Girl said no. Well I was irritated by then bcthis was all their errors! Asked for a manager..she said that she was manager. By the time I waited and received the missingitems the rest of my food was cold!!! Thanks for a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND A HORRIBLE LUNCH! Our order was taken competently and cheerfully. Food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. It was as expected. Lots of... ketchup packets for our order. Thank you! Totally downside was that in one bathroom the faucet did not work. My son had to waitwith soapy hands for the other bathroom to open up so he could finish washing his hands. Read more
Giving a 4star for manager Ansen bc without him, it would?ve been a 1. Dining room still closed- has been open maybe 3days in... 2+yrs. Ordered a Baconator. That used to be a large sandwich. It had 2pieces of bacon. Two. I know they don?t make the burgersfresh anymore. They must sit in trays bc they are cold, hard and dry. I called to complain and Ansen was very polite andprofessional. I had a not so good experience today. They forgot to put the condiments I asked for in the bag. I ordered the Bourbon burger and... they forgot half the ingredients. And last, my drink had a bug in it.. I haven't been to this location lately and won't be goingback. Read more
I'll cut 'em some slack and assume that, like so many places, they were short-staffed and suffering from "supply-chain... issues." The fries were not "hot and crispy", but 'warm and chewy'--and the chicken nuggets were too. The Coke machine lackedat least a third of its selections--including Coke itself. And the ketchup pumps were either empty or inoperable. ON THE OTHERHAND, the young woman behind the counter was pleasant and patient (with me) and the place (only 2 or 3 customers at the time)was clean and orderly; the aforementioned young woman went from table to table during a lull, wiping table-tops andstraightening chairs: I've raised my review from 1 to 3 stars in view of such attention to maintaining an air of respectability.
